I'm Tina, and for years, I've been fascinated by a simple thing: how small habits can change the way we live and age.
I've always strived to have the energy to be present in everything that matters to me: my career, my passion for nutrition, my workouts, and my family.
Then came the challenges: a diagnosis of autoimmune thyroiditis, difficulties on the fertility journey, and the first signs that time was beginning to leave on my skin.
In search of answers, I discovered research on photobiomodulation and red light. But I couldn't find a well-built device, with transparent specifications and simple enough to become part of my routine.
One Saturday morning, over coffee, I told Nicu all about it.
With his experience in technology and business development, as well as his passion for biohacking, we asked ourselves a simple question:
